John P. Zepeda

Director of Business Development

With over 17 years in the specialty finance industry, John Zepeda has extensive experience working with deferred payment obligations. Working directly with investors, attorneys, agents/brokers, and independent sales organizations has provided him with deep insight into an ever-changing financial environment. John holds a series 7 and 66 license and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

Co-author of several articles on structured settlement annuities, John has been quoted as a subject matter expert in several key publications, and spoken at several conferences in regards to the secondary market for annuities.

A father of three, John is active in his community and frequently volunteers his time with his local Cub Scout organization and coaching sports.

Sam Graduated with a B.A. from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. Throughout his 20 years in the future payment purchasing industry, Sam has specialized the purchase of long-term payment obligations.

He has successfully worked with state legislators to revise lottery laws to benefit winners and educate them on opportunities available to them through the secondary market. Sam also been involved in the acquisition of a 100 mil ABS facility and the Liggett tobacco settlement, working with the various class members.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys traveling internationally, playing chess and spending time with his wife and three children.

Sam Graduated with a B.A. from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. Throughout his 20 years in the specialty finance industry, Sam has specialized in originating and monetizing long-term payment obligations.

He has successfully worked with state legislators to revise lottery laws to benefit winners and specializes in balancing the needs of the clients, companies and investors. Sam also been involved in the acquisition of a 100 mil ABS facility and the Liggett tobacco settlement, working with the various class members.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys traveling internationally, playing chess and spending time with his wife and three children.
